Kibale forest national park

Kibale National Park is 358km from the Uganda’s capital city of Kampala and the surface drive lasts approximately 7 hours. Getting There

Mgahinga is situated about 15 kilometers (9.3 mi), by road, south of the town of Kisoro and approximately 55 kilometers
It’s a full day’s drive by road from Kampala to Kisoro usually 8 hours, and a further 30 minutes to the Park entrance. Kisoro is the nearest town – public buses travel here from Kampala
By air, one can board a plane from Entebbe to Kisoro Airstrip which is near the park. This is the quickest mode of access and it takes about 1 hour. There are daily scheduled flights which must be booked long in advance with your local Uganda safari operator.
